Time to settle back down to real life today. My birthday was Saturday. We started celebrating on Friday, margaritas and flan. On Saturday a day out, Mediterranean, a birthday cupcake, and sushi, a strange combination of food. Also, getting my hair cut. The stylist told me I looked like Debbie Harry/Blondie. I was thrilled to no end even though she is seventy-one, eight years older than me.

The typewriter was a gift from my mother on my eleventh birthday. It was my first charm on my charm bracelet. Since I can officially call myself an author(?) my husband cleaned it and got a chain for it so I could wear it as a necklace. The carriage actually moves back and forth. They certainly made things well back then.
