Meet Butterscotch. Butterscotch is a character in one of my short stories in the book I’m currently working on: The Missing Butler and Other Life Mysteries (A Collection of Short Stories).

This summer we were out in the woods, and my husband was trimming branches along our trails.
In my effort to draw something everyday, I sketched this out on my iPad. I use Art Studio. There is a special effect called splats which I have far from mastered.
While I wasn’t posting I somehow achieved over 500 followers. I think that may be a mere drop in the bucket for most, but for me it is quite amazing. Dusted off the juicer. I started one week ago, although I haven’t actually stayed true to just juicing even for one day. Still every little bit helps. I get so absorbed in drawing which eases thoughts of cooked foods.
I did this last night on my iPad. The clapboard needs work. I placed a previous drawing inside the window. I think I figured out one aspect of layering. It was by accident.
Still, in the mood to draw last night, I worked on this.
