Dusted off the juicer. I started one week ago, although I haven’t actually stayed true to just juicing even for one day. Still every little bit helps. I get so absorbed in drawing which eases thoughts of cooked foods.
My daughter and I began a three day juice fast today. I kind of started yesterday, but added salad and a banana into the mix. It’s hard to pass up the sprouts I made.
Temperatures for the next two nights are supposed to drop below 20. My husband’s not a violent man, but he’s ready to track down that groundhog. If I can’t have green outside I will have to settle for it inside. This mornings’s juice – kale, cabbage, carrots, celery and an apple.
