From just one stalk of kale, that I just pulled from the garden tonight. Actually we have so much kale coming out of our garden that I had to get inventive. I’m now using it as a centerpiece. I could do the same for the lettuce.
The various lettuces were picked from our garden yesterday. There was also some cilantro in there, which came back from last year, and something we are confused about. It’s May and time for another resolution. In March it was about yoga. In April it was about walking.
