We spent our Thanksgiving at Cancun. While there we visited Chichen Itza. I talked my husband into doing the shelf or plank pose in front of the pyramid, El Castillo.

I’d love to see the ruins some day. Are you allowed to climb the stairs at the pyramid?
No, you’re not because it’s a national wonder now. It’s much more magnificent in person. We watched videos beforehand, and the venders in the video were overwhelming, but it wasn’t so bad after getting there.
I love that photo of him doing the plank, and it’s even more interesting when you turn it in its side so he’s holding on to the earth.
That’s funny. I never tried turning it on its side.
