While out walking in the woods, I came across this. I’ve been out in the woods a lot this week. My husband and I recently saw the movie “A Walk in the Woods,” and were inspired to work on the trails around our house.
You can see another spider’s wed in the lower right hand corner.
Most of the pictures I post are taken by my husband, as he is the photographer. I took these with my iPone. I am particularly pleased with the way the first one turned out.

Trail building is so satisfying isn’t it? My husband and I have been working on the trails behind our cabin and it’s one of the nicest ways that we spend time together. Clearing and marking as we go up – admiring our handiwork coming down!

Not very good ones….. Plan to take some later this fall if the weather holds.

Sorry, I didn’t see this till now. I would love to hike with you one day. Maybe when Ronnie is done with his treatment I will get a chance. Super busy right now getting ready for the transplant.
I totally understand. I did a bit of a prayer walk for him a couple of days ago, and think of you two daily and wish you well.
