Each entry will be accompanied by an entry fee. 1. In the Novel category: The Society places a word limit of 100,000 words on novels within the single entry fee of $40. Writers who wish to submit novels of up to 175,000 words must pay a $75 fee. Novels in excess of 175,000 words must pay a $125 fee. Novels in excess of 225,000 words must pay a $200 fee. 2. In the Novella category: A $35 entry fee is required. 3. In the Narrative Non-Fiction category: A $35 for 75,000 words. Entries over 75,000 words require and entry fee of $45; entries of more than 100,000 words require a fee of $75. Entries of more than 150,000 words require a fee of $125. Entries of more than 225,000 words will require and entry fee of $200. 4. In the Short Story category: A $30 entry fee is required. 5. In the Novel-in-Progress category: A $35 entry fee is required. 6. In the Essay category: A $25 entry fee is required. 7. In the Poetry category: A $10 entry fee is required. 8. In the Short Story by a High School Student: A $10 entry fee to be paid by school or, in case of home schooled students, by teacher.

No, we just read over the rules last night. I think you have to have a manuscript ready. I think there is one for one in progress. Are you going to submit something? Sorry, I didn’t see your comment…for some reason it was under spam, which I never usually check.
