Today we spent a lot of time outdoors, in nature. I thought what a great way to spend Easter. I also heard some people remark about sacrificing a lamb, meaning they had lamb for their Easter dinner. We sacrificed some tofu along with brown rice and roasted red bell peppers. For breakfast, a late breakfast, we had hummus made with cilantro. It was store bought. I’ve always had trouble growing cilantro. I hope I do better this year. Currently we have chives, parsley, and oregano coming up.
Several years ago we visited a friend who has one of the greenest thumbs ever. These are some pictures we took of her inspiring herb garden.
These pictures were taken late in the season. I’m thankful for the inspiration her garden gives.
gorgeous garden! your friend surely has a green thumb.
cheers,
